Weber DB-2 Ultra (Ultra Low Fines) Burrs for The EG-1

The Core (DB-1), which currently ship with all EG-1s; The Ultra (DB-2), built to be the ultimate for pour-over coffee; And The Base (DB-3), our burr set utilized in our original MK1 EG-1s."
This is the DB-2, the 'Ultra Low Fines' burr set which is focussed on delivering a sharper grind distribution with less emphasis on fines.
What does this mean? It means these burrs are skewed towards filter. Grinding for espresso with DB-2 burrs will be difficult, but not impossible.
